To lose a few pounds or kilos with this way of celebrating life is a pleasurable side effect without the nasty game of losing some weight and gaining it rapidly again. This simple way includes imagination, staying in contact with your body, shaping it without exhausting exercises but with pleasurable motion which fits into daily life and adds joy to it, conscious breathing and ESS™.

But: before you get there, you have to pass a few stops which (can) influence the feeling of lack.

Cerebrum to cerebellum: “Hunger!!!” Instantly, the read light starts blinking – ALERT!!!

Indeed: fulfilment, lust etc. start in the mind.

“Where to get something to eat? NOW!” As usual, everything had been more important – and NOW we are in a mess. If there would only be a tasty mess in the fridge. But there is just a gaping void matching the emptiness in the stomach. No mess, no meal at the horizon- but at least 100 things more important than getting some decent, energizing and tasty food.

So what? Order something on the phone? Pizza, burger, some Chinese food? Or some frozen ready-to-serve meal or warm up something from the tins?

Easy at hand and in the mouth when sudden cravings attack: potato crisps, sweets, coffee, chocolate – and certainly some cigarettes may not be left out. Just don’t start thinking about the ingredients- flavour enhancer, artificial colouring, toxic substances… Yum-yum!

 

Hastily, everything gets wolfed down, not even chewing- main focus: getting your fill quickly.

At leisure times, you start cooking more costly: with alcohol, sugar, cream, lots of carbohydrates- or you get pampered decently at a restaurant.

Balance of nutrition? Enjoying with all senses what has been chosen and prepared lovingly? No way.

Asked why, you may answer as so many others: “No time, way too much effort, don’t like it, too expensive” and so on.

 

And? Do you feel that you are worth a different way of living? Do you want to do something for you, spend some time for you and accept yourself with all that you are? Because you are worth it. Now!

 

Every Friday, we offer the possibility to join us in a new way of living. Please bring warm socks (for cold feet), good mood, paper and pen, if you like to even something that you like to eat: fruits, vegetables, meat, chocolate or some crisps…
